What is it?

The Graston Technique is a scientifically backed therapy that uses special stainless steel tools to target adhesions, muscle knots, and fascial restrictions beneath the skin. It’s especially effective for athletes, those with poor posture, or individuals suffering from chronic muscular pain.

How does it feel?

Stainless steel tools are used to glide over the skin and break down restricted tissues. Some tenderness may occur but is usually followed by great relief.
